Privacy Policy
FullStock International Partner & Deal Registration Platform · Beta
1. Who we are
FullStock International (a company in formation in Cyprus) operates this partner and deal-registration platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. Contact: dror@fullstockinternational.com.
2. What we collect
We collect: (a) account data you provide when registering (name, company, email, phone, role); (b) deal-registration data you submit, which may include end-customer names, contacts and opportunity details; and (c) basic technical/usage data generated by your use of the platform (such as log and access information).
3. Why we use it
We use this data to operate the platform, manage partner accounts and deal registrations, perform conflict checks, communicate with you about opportunities, and improve and secure the service. Our legal basis is the performance of our arrangement with you and our legitimate interest in running the platform; where required, your consent.
4. Sharing
We share data only as needed to operate the platform and the related business: with the relevant vendor and distribution partners involved in a registered deal (for example QBS Software Africa), and with service providers who host or support the platform under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your responsibility for third-party data
Where you submit personal data about other people (for example end-customer contacts), you confirm that you have the lawful basis and authority to provide it to us for the purposes described here.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data, including access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to operate the platform and the related deals, and as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Expired or deleted registrations are removed from active views and retained only in the log as needed.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above.
9. International transfers
Because our partners operate across EMEA, APAC and Africa, data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we will put appropriate safeguards in place.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version governs. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
