The FullStock Deal Registration portal is provided by FullStock International for use by approved channel partners, their authorised employees and FullStock staff. Accounts are issued to named individuals and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed under your account.

You agree to submit accurate opportunity information, to register only genuine end-customer opportunities you are actively pursuing, and not to attempt to access data belonging to other partners. Automated scraping, penetration testing without written consent, and any attempt to bypass access controls are prohibited.

Partner applications, tier assignments and solution access are granted at FullStock's discretion. FullStock may suspend or terminate access where an account is inactive, where information supplied is inaccurate, or where these terms are breached.

Registering an opportunity does not create an agency, partnership or exclusive distribution relationship, and does not guarantee an order, discount or commission. Commercial terms are governed by your separate partner or reseller agreement with FullStock International, which prevails in the event of conflict with these terms.

The portal is provided on an "as available" basis. FullStock is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of anticipated business resulting from portal downtime, data entry errors, or decisions taken on registered opportunities.

These terms may be updated as the programme evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered partner contacts by email. Continued use of the portal after such notice constitutes acceptance.
